Are you a hands-on, proactive individual with a passion for maintaining safe, functional, and attractive school grounds? Kolbe Catholic College is seeking a dedicated Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team and ensure our facilities and outdoor spaces remain well-maintained for our students, staff, and visitors.

About the Role

 

Reporting to the Properties Manager, the Grounds & Maintenance Officer is responsible for the development, presentation, and upkeep of the College’s property and physical assets. This includes buildings, furniture and fittings, utility services, grounds and gardens, and play equipment. The role ensures that the College is safe, well-presented, and fully functional, while also assisting with moving furniture and equipment across the campus.

This role operates at a high level of responsibility, requiring the ability to work independently while demonstrating advanced communication, organisational, and administrative skills.

  • Location: The role will be based across our Greenvale and Mickleham campuses, with days allocated through a shared roster alongside other team members.
