About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding People and Culture Business Partner to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will provide practical, solutions-focused advice across the employee lifecycle, while supporting the management of employee relations matters with confidence, professionalism and sound judgement. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will play a key role in coaching leaders, building workforce capability, and fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering leaders, strengthening workplace culture, and supporting the delivery of exceptional people practices across the School.
