Springwood Road State School has a cohesive Inclusion Team who have focused their support on ensuring quality Personalised Learning Plans are enacted in every classroom.
We require a Head of Special Education professional who can add value to the current work
as well as work on developing a 2027 and beyond Strategic Inclusion Plan. A knowledge of Change Management is essential, ability to rapidly scan and assess to scale up success and identify opportunities for growth and aptitude for building positive connections with all
community members.
This Head of Special Education Services role is offered on a temporary full-time basis, until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.
