Permanent Full-Time | Commencing October 2026
Nagle Catholic College is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic School Technical Support Officer to join our team in a permanent full-time position commencing October 2026. You will support the delivery of efficient technology services across the College, helping staff and students access the systems and equipment that support teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will
Provide first-level technical support for staff and students, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Assist with the setup, installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, peripherals, mobile devices and audiovisual equipment.
Support user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
Maintain ICT inventory, including asset tagging and accurate record keeping.
Assist with ICT projects, upgrades and equipment deployments.
Ensure ICT helpdesk tickets are logged, tracked and resolved promptly.
Follow ICT policies and security protocols to protect data and systems.
Provide basic training and guidance to staff and students on common software and systems.
