Role description
This newly defined executive portfolio will help ensure that a student’s formation across thirteen years is deliberate, coherent and cumulative. The Director will translate the College’s educational philosophy, Formation Framework and Learner/Graduate Profile into the everyday experience of students. That work includes the pastoral care programs in both schools, Life and chapel, the Christian ministry curriculum, service and mission, student leadership, and the daily rhythms through which character and culture are formed.
Reporting to the Principal, the Director will set the framework, standards, program design and quality review for formation across the College. The role supervises chaplaincy and the Co-ordinator of Mission and Service, supports the spiritual life and formation of students and staff, and works closely with the Heads of School, the Director of Learning and Teaching, and the Director of Enrichment.
