Role description

Situated within moments of the CBD, International Grammar School (IGS) is Sydney's unique independent, coeducational, and secular school offering quality teaching from Preschool to Year 12. Our unique multilingual language program immerses students in a second language every day.

We are seeking a qualified and passionate leader for the Head of Academic Care role to commence in Term 1 2027 for one term.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience managing Disability Provisions within a secondary school setting, including ensuring compliance with NESA procedures and the implementation of appropriate assessment accommodations. Experience coordinating adjustments for students with disability participating in NAPLAN and other assessments. The successful applicant will also have the ability to supervise the collection of student disability data for the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
