Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of passionate and skilled Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
At Bambara Primary School (PS), we are dedicated to excellence in teaching and learning through evidence‑based whole‑school approaches, professional collaboration, and a strong culture of care. Our commitment to high expectations ensures every student is appropriately challenged, supported, and able to demonstrate year‑on‑year progress. Our recent partnership with the Centre for Excellence in the Explicit Teaching of Literacy and, more recently, the Kindergarten Pilot for 2027, reflects our ongoing investment in high‑quality instruction and staff development.
We pride ourselves on being a warm, community‑focused school where students feel safe, connected, and valued. As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) school, our expectations—Be Respectful, Be Safe, Be Your Best—guide daily interactions and help create a positive, predictable learning environment.
We work closely with families, external agencies, and the wider community to maximise learning opportunities, engagement, and attendance for every student.
