At Catholic Schools Broken Bay (CSBB), we are creating something extraordinary: an integrated Baptism to Post School pathway that connects early learning, school education and community in a seamless journey for children and families. As our new Early Childhood Education & Care Lead, you will help shape the future of Early Childhood Education and Care across one of Australia's most innovative Catholic education systems.
This is not a traditional ECEC role.
This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy, design systems, drive transformational change and build a network of high quality Early Learning Centres and Out of School Hours Care services that place children, families and faith at the centre of everything we do.
This is a 12 month temporary role with the possibility of extension or permanency.
Why This Role Matters
As the ECEC Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of CSBB's Early Childhood Education and Care strategy, guiding the transition of ECEC services into direct CSBB management and establishing a sector leading model of excellence. Reporting to the Senior Executive, Strategic Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how children and families experience education from their earliest years.
