Design, co-ordinate, implement and evaluate vocational training programs and related activities to meet the needs of the offender population within the facility.
In this role you will:
- Assess participants vocational training needs and provides advice regarding vocational training and employment opportunities both within custody and in the community.
- Utilise flexible, blended and distributed learning techniques, options and products to meet the needs of the participants.
- Coordinate and deliver vocational programs in relation to the delivery of qualifications from nationally recognised training packages and accredited courses.
