Role description

Pittwater House is an innovative independent P–12 school on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our unique Twin Schooling model combines single-gender classes from Grade 2–10 with a co-educational senior school in Years 11–12. We are committed to high expectations, explicit teaching, and the wellbeing and growth of every student.

Pittwater House is seeking a full-time TAS teacher for a temporary 12-month position commencing in January 2027. Applicants must have expertise in Stage 4 Mandatory Technology and Stages 5 and 6 Design and Technology. Experience teaching NESA Stage 4–6 courses in NSW is preferred. The successful candidate will be an innovative educator with strong lesson-planning skills, the ability to engage students effectively and thorough knowledge of the NESA curriculum.

All staff contribute to the School’s pastoral care and co-curricular programs (note: no Saturday sport). The successful applicant will be expected to participate in pastoral care, camps, and co-curricular activities as required.
