Assistant Principal

As a senior leader at Maningrida College, provide strategic and educational leadership in the development and delivery of effective education programs including curriculum and pedagogy, wellbeing, and school-wide practices. Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure the smooth day to day running of the college and comply with the Department of Education and Training policy and the expressed needs of the Maningrida community as articulated in the Department and College’s strategic planning. Lead the Primary team and specialist staff and support professional growth through coaching and constructive feedback on classroom management, curriculum and pedagogy.
