St Brendan-Shaw College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school located in Devonport catering for students from Years 7 to 12.  The College is committed to creating a learning environment that fosters excellence, compassion and service in our students. 

The position of Teacher & College Development Officer is a significant position at St Brendan-Shaw College who is responsible for supporting teachers in their development as professional educators. The role will contribute to the development and management of consistent and cohesive Professional Development Programs for staff as well as guide the School Leadership Team in implementing the School Improvement Process.

The Teacher & College Development role is a Position of Leadership with the equivalent of 0.4 FTE release time. The college also has the flexibility of a 0.4-0.6 FTE classroom position, taking the role to either a full time position or part time if preferred
