Role description
Concordia College is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join the team in 2026 at our St John’s Campus in Highgate.
The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming, well-organised and professional front office environment. This role involves supporting the daily operations of Reception and assisting students within the Student Services area, including First Aid responsibilities as required.
The successful applicant will provide general administrative and reception support to students, the Principal, School Leaders and other staff members. A flexible and helpful approach is essential, with a willingness to assist colleagues and respond to changing priorities throughout the day.
This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and effectively during busy periods. Strong digital technology skills appropriate to the responsibilities of the role are also required.
As the first point of contact for many members of the College community, the Receptionist must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with students, parents, teaching and non-teaching staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team and actively support the ethos and values that underpin Concordia College.
