Counsellor

Full Time, Term Time (42 weeks per year) Fixed Term Position to commence week 5, Term 4, 2026 until end of Term 2, 2027

Salary range from $109,323 to $120,457 per annum (dependent on qualifications & experience) +12.75% superannuation 

This position is based at our White Rock Campus in the vibrant tropical city of Cairns.

As our Secondary School Counsellor, you will provide professional counselling, wellbeing support and early intervention services for our students in years 7 – 12 and across our school community. Working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies, you will help students navigate challenges, build resilience and develop the skills they need to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
