Applications are invited for the position of Enrolments Administrator, from experienced and innovative candidates with a strong commitment to Christian education. Reporting to the Enrolments Manager, the role is based across both our Tyabb and Carrum Downs campuses on the Mornington Peninsula. The role requires a high level of administrative capacity and excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude.

Working as one of the College’s first point of contact, the successful applicant will have professional customer service to new and existing families and students, and the College community. The role will assist the Enrolments Manager in coordinating our College open days, manage databases, and other administrative work such as providing customer focused support to staff, parents and external stakeholders. Experience in fast-moving and busy areas that require focus and well-developed verbal and written communication skills, outstanding confidentiality and trustworthiness, and very good interpersonal skills, will ensure your success in the role.
