Salary Range: $153,472 - $172,733 (pending experiance) + Super

Shape the future of secondary education as our Learning and Teaching Lead, Secondary. In this strategic role, you will drive system-wide learning initiatives, build teacher and leadership capability, and champion data-informed pedagogy across our secondary schools and colleges. Partnering with School Improvement Teams and senior leaders, you will design high-impact professional learning and advance curriculum excellence aligned with Catholic ethos and system priorities.

To qualify for this role, you must hold tertiary qualifications in Education (with postgraduate studies completed or underway), active QCT registration (or eligibility), a current paid Blue Card, and a valid driver's licence. You bring secondary school leadership experience, expert knowledge of ACARA, QCAA, and NSSAB frameworks, and a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos.
