Details: Education and Care, Regulation and Support (ECRS) Branch is seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in working with the families of children and young people registered for home education in the ACT.

This position provides support and guidance to new and existing home education families, particularly those with complex needs, to help them understand and meet their legislative responsibilities. The role involves regular engagement with home educating families and a range of community stakeholders, requiring strong communication and relationship management skills.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Education Act 2004 (The Act) is desirable.
• Experience in developing educational programs and stakeholder engagement is critical for this position.

This position requires:

• The ability to be approved and operate as an Authorised person under the Act.
