Position Purpose: This dual-function role is central to the effective operation of staffing and executive support services within the school. The successful candidate will manage daily staffing logistics, support workforce planning, and provide high-level administrative assistance to the executive team. Staffing Operations:

  • Monitor and manage daily staff absences, scheduling of in-built relief and casual staff ensuring timely coverage and continuation of learning programs.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to coordinate and adjust staff rosters, including part-time arrangements and contract variations.
