ABOUT THE ROLE

The Cedar College Pathways Coordinator supports students to plan and navigate their future education, training and career options by providing guidance on subject selection, university pathways, apprenticeships, traineeships, employment and Vocational Education and Training (VET) opportunities. In line with the vision, Christian ethos and strategic direction of the College, they will work closely with students, families, staff, tertiary institutions, training providers and employers to connect students with relevant experiences such as work placements, career counselling and pathway programs. The role helps ensure that each student has a clear and achievable post-school pathway that aligns with their interests, strengths and aspirations.
