About the Role
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to support the Principal in the educational leadership, management, and day-to-day operations of Penguin District School. As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in driving teaching and learning excellence, supporting staff development, fostering student wellbeing, and strengthening partnerships with families and the wider community.
Working collaboratively with staff, students, and stakeholders, you will help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every student is supported to aspire, strive, and achieve. The role offers a diverse mix of educational leadership, strategic planning, staff mentoring, student support, and school improvement initiatives, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the school community.
