Timetable Coordinator

Xavier College is seeking a highly organised and collaborative Timetable Coordinator to join our vibrant Two Wells Campus (R–11, expanding to Year 12 in 2027). This is key leadership position (POR2) is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of campus timetables and staffing allocations that support effective curriculum delivery and operational excellence.

This fixed-term appointment is available for a period of 2 years, commencing January 2027. This position involves a full-time, permanent teaching role.

Working closely with the Campus Leadership Team, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Two Wells Campus by supporting strategic workforce planning, resource allocation and compliance with College and system requirements. 

This position involves a teaching component and should be read in conjunction with the Teacher Position Information Document.

As the Timetable Coordinator, you will:

• Support the development, construction and ongoing maintenance of the timetable, ensuring effective allocation of staff, learning spaces and resources
• Collaborate with Campus Leadership and Curriculum Leaders to support timetable development, staffing allocations and workforce planning
• Manage subject selections, teacher allocations and timetable adjustments throughout the year
