The Role

At Balcatta SHS, we operate with two Program Coordinator – Student Services positions. For this role, the successful applicant will ideally be dedicated, innovative and proactive in ensuring that the Student Services team leads students to excel in all facets of their educational journey.

The school has a supportive culture where all members are valued and treated with respect. The Program Coordinator - Student Services is responsible for leading and managing an effective, cohesive Student Services team to facilitate successful implementation and monitoring processes for ensuring student success. The successful applicant should have a highly developed capacity for risk management including critical incidents and an in depth knowledge of whole school social emotional learning SEL implementation.
