About the Team:
The Regulatory Assurance and Systems team within the Early Childhood Regulatory Authority (ECRA) is responsible for the systems, tools, data and insights that underpin ECRA's operations and continuous quality improvement.
The team leads a number of internal review processes and guides ECRA's communications and proactive regulatory activities. It provides data-driven insights and manages organisation-wide governance, reporting, performance monitoring and communications, while driving ongoing improvements to regulatory systems, processes and operational practice.
ECRA operates within a contemporary best practice risk-based framework, Regulating for Quality, and has a strong reputation within Queensland and nationally for fair, transparent and effective regulatory operations.
