ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Are you a highly organised, personable and enthusiastic administrator who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment? Would you enjoy playing a central role in the daily life of a vibrant Catholic primary school?

St Thomas More's Catholic School is seeking a skilled and motivated Administration Officer to join our welcoming and supportive school community.

This is a varied and rewarding position in which no two days are quite the same. Working closely with the Principal, Finance Officer and administration team, you will help coordinate the daily operations of our school, support students and families, contribute to school communications and play an important role in bringing our school community together.

POSITION DETAILS

Commencement: Monday 26th October, 2026 (negotiable)

Tenure: Ongoing, 37.62 hours per week (0,87 FTE), 42 weeks per year

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (days and hours negotiable)

Classification: Business Services, Level 3

Remuneration: $75,530–$83,195 full-year equivalent, pro rata for 42 weeks per year, plus 12% superannuation

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Administration Officer, you will enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the Principal and coordinating the daily operations of the school office.
  • Welcoming and supporting students, families, staff and visitors.
