St Margaret’s Primary School Maribyrnong is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Officer (Finance) to join our dedicated Administration Team.

About the role

The Administration Officer (Finance) will be responsible for a broad range of financial and administrative functions, including:

  • Management and reconciliation of school fees and levies
  • Accounts payable and supplier payments
  • Staff reimbursements and financial transactions
  • Payroll administration and associated staff records
  • CSEF and other family financial assistance processes
  • Financial reconciliations and reporting
