We are seeking an experienced Secondary Teacher Aide – Home Economics to join our Secondary Team on a fixed-term contract from 18 January 2027 to 10 December 2027. This is a part-time, term-time position, working 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week during school terms.

Working within our Home Economics Department, you will help to ensure our Food Technology and Textiles classes are well prepared, organised and ready for learning. From sourcing ingredients and preparing practical spaces to organising textiles and classroom resources, your contribution will help our teachers deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students.

Your Role

• Coordinate the purchasing of food, textiles and other resources required for Home Economics classes.
• Work closely with teaching staff to plan shopping lists and resource requirements for upcoming lessons.
• Purchase, collect and reconcile orders using College purchasing processes and systems.
