Role description

As a Student Services Officer you work collaboratively and strategically with leaders to ensure a consistent B-12 approach to quality assurance in student services processes and practice, inclusion, wellbeing, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You are client-focused, agile, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and everchanging environment. You demonstrate a personal commitment to excellence and service delivery. Effective and efficient, you professionally co-ordinate student services functions inclusive of medication management, student record keeping, wellbeing, and first aid functions. Skilled in a range of administrative services, you positively contribute to the effective operation of the school and achievement of educational outcomes to students.

With existing experience or prior learning to draw on, you contribute to development of consistent procedures, processes, continual improvement, and implementation of best practice for all student services functions and communications.

You excel working with a team and autonomously ensuring quality assurance and compliance, enabling evidenced based decision making.

You actively participate in professional development, coaching for improvement, performance plans, reviews, and observations. You strive for a high-performance culture, quality, and productivity to achieve site priorities.

Collaboration, initiative, discretion, and decision-making aligning with site values and priorities and sustained whole-system improvement planning is expected.
