As a Learning Support Officer, you work collaboratively with teachers and leaders to ensure a consistent B-12 approach to in-class support which focuses on engagement and progress for all students. Working in the Intervention team you contribute to a strong B-12 vision and culture of continuous improvement.
You are student-focused, agile, and adaptable and support personalised learning and capabilities through your skilled provision of learning support and interventions in a multi-tiered system of support framework.
As a future focused paraprofessional, you work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously to deliver quality learning support aligning with school values and vision, B-12. You pride yourself on your ability to grow your knowledge and learn about best practice for inclusive, evidence-based intervention in an educational organisation focused on excellence. Your communication skills facilitate close collaboration with staff to facilitate engagement and progress for every child.
As a member of the Intervention team, you promote and advocate for inclusion. You participate in ongoing professional learning, reviews, and observations. You actively participate in a high - performance culture, quality communication, and productivity to achieve site priorities. Demonstration of school values is expected.
