Suitably experienced, qualified future focused teachers are invited to apply for this permanent teaching position with the leadership appointment as Head of History Philosophy and Religious and Values Education (RaVE) for a 3-year period, commencing Term 1 2027.
The opportunity
The Head of Department (Head of History Philosophy and RaVE) is a key middle leadership position responsible for leading, developing and promoting high-quality History Philosophy and RaVE programs across Years 7-12, and for fostering authentic and engaging learning experiences across the department.
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Learning and Teaching, this role provides effective middle leadership of the Head of History Philosophy and RaVE Department, aligning departmental practice with the College’s Strategic Plan and educational priorities.
