St Francis Flexible School Hobart and Wynyard offers a full-time and multiyear secondary education program for young people who have disengaged from mainstream schooling. Flexible Schools respond with a variety of flexible and innovative teaching and learning practices, including vocational planning and the development of social connectedness.
St Francis Flexible School is establishing a new campus in Wynyard in 2027, initially providing a flexible and highly supported educational environment for young people in Years 7-10, before expanding to include Years 11 and 12 from 2028.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Head of Campus is a key member of the Campus Leadership Team, providing leadership across teaching and learning, curriculum, staff development and daily campus operations. The role leads and supports teaching staff, drives high-quality trauma-aware and flexible learning practices, and assumes leadership of the campus in the absence of the Head of Campus, while maintaining a 0.5 teaching load.
