FACULTY LEADER: OUTDOOR EDUCATION
FL PoL - Limited Tenure: 2 year contract
Contract position: 2027–2028
Position commences: Term 1 2027 (Monday, 1 February 2027)
We are seeking a passionate and student focused Faculty Leader: Outdoor Education to join our Secondary team and play a key role in shaping and strengthening our Outdoor Education program across Years 7–12.
This is an exciting opportunity for an educator with a passion for outdoor learning, student development and experiential education to provide strategic leadership across Outdoor Education, the Duke of Edinburgh Award and the College’s camps program. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with staff, students, families and College Leadership to create meaningful experiences that challenge and inspire students, build resilience and independence, and foster a strong sense of connection and belonging.
The Faculty Leader will provide leadership and oversight to ensure our programs are educationally purposeful, safe, inclusive and well coordinated, while aligning with curriculum priorities, pastoral care frameworks and the Catholic identity of the College.
