Are you an organised, service-focused administrator who thrives in a dynamic school environment? St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and aspiring Administration Officers who are passionate about providing exceptional support and creating positive experiences for students, staff, families, and visitors.

As a key member of our professional services team, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the College through high-quality administrative support, excellent customer service, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Roles come up periodically and will be for varying durations through out Term 4 and across term times in 2027.

 

The Opportunity

Administration Officers play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the College. Working within a professional and collaborative environment, responsibilities may include:

  • Providing effective and efficient administrative support across College departments.
  • Delivering professional reception and first point of contact services to students, families, visitors, and staff.
  • Managing email and reception services
  • Diary and contractor management
  • Sorting, distributing, and tracking correspondence and documentation.
  • Operating and maintaining a range of office systems and equipment.
  • Assisting with purchasing, record keeping, and file management.
  • Undertaking a variety of administrative duties as directed by leaders and managers.
