Are you an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about mentoring educators, driving quality outcomes and leading high-performing teams? 

Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students, with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer. 

We are seeking a passionate and suitably qualified Team Leader to join our dedicated Early Learning Centre (ELC) team at our Palmerston Campus on a permanent full-time basis. 

As the ELC Team Leader, you will provide leadership, guidance and operational support within the Early Learning Centre, working closely with the ELC Director to deliver high-quality programs and services that support children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Child Safety requirements, while fostering a collaborative and professional team culture. 

This role is ideally suited to an experienced early childhood leader who has successfully led teams within an Early Learning Centre setting and is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) with relevant certifications
• Bring demonstrated leadership experience within an Early Learning Centre or long day care setting, with the ability to lead, mentor and support a team of educators
