Radford College seeks to appoint an outstanding Director of Co-Curricular to join our thriving school community, which has remained at the forefront of co-education since its establishment in 1984. Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal, the Director of Co-Curricular provides strategic leadership of the College’s co-curricular and outdoor education programs across Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. The role is responsible for the development, delivery, promotion and continuous improvement of diverse opportunities that complement the academic program and support the holistic development of every student.

The Director oversees clubs and interest groups, including oratory, chess and design, the performing arts including drama, dance and music, outdoor education and camps, enrichment opportunities, College-wide community events and Celebrations.

This is a permanent teaching position, with appointment to the leadership role of Director of Co-Curricular for an initial three-year period commencing in Term 1, 2027.

The College’s sport program is managed separately and sits outside the scope of this role.
