Geneva Christian College is a Christian school where personal character, self- discipline and responsibility are considered equally as important outcomes as academic learning. The central role of the Principal is to inspire and empower the College learning community and to ensure that the mission, vision and Christian character of Geneva Christian College are expressed consistently in its culture, educational program and operations. The Principal is responsible for leading whole-school improvement, strengthening student outcomes, developing staff, building productive partnerships and ensuring the College is operated responsibly.
