Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Co-ordinator will work closely with the Principal to provide efficient and effective HR support services to all areas of the College. This includes supporting the co-ordination of recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, employment relations, and training and development. 

The role also supports the College Leadership Team with staffing and human resources matters pertaining to both teaching and non-teaching staff at the College.

The Human Resources Co-ordinator is recognised as a key leader within the College community and exercises a significant professional role among the staff.

You will:

✔ Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.
✔ Support workforce planning, staffing requirements and employment contract administration.
✔ Provide HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
✔ Ensure compliance with CEWA requirements, employment legislation and staff accreditation obligations.
✔ Manage staff induction, exit processes and employment records.
