Teacher (Early Childhood)

Position Details:

St Simon Peter Catholic Primary School is a thriving triple-stream co-educational Catholic primary school catering for students from Kindergarten to Year Six. The school has strong partnerships with Ocean Reef Parish and Prendiville Catholic College and is committed to providing a contemporary, inclusive Catholic education. The school also operates an Early Learning Centre, Long Day Care and Out of School Hours Care services, with the Catherine Centre providing specialised support for students with diverse learning needs. 
We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and committed Early Childhood Teacher to join our collaborative professional learning community.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong understanding of contemporary Early Childhood Education and the ability to create engaging, inclusive and evidence-informed learning experiences. They will understand how young children learn and develop and be able to effectively integrate play-based learning, intentional teaching and explicit instruction.
Applications from early career teachers with appropriate Early Childhood qualifications are warmly encouraged.
