Position Details:

St Simon Peter Catholic Primary School is a thriving triple-stream co-educational Catholic primary school catering for students from Kindergarten to Year Six. The school has strong partnerships with Ocean Reef Parish and Prendiville Catholic College and is committed to providing a contemporary, inclusive Catholic education. The school also operates an Early Learning Centre, Long Day Care and Out of School Hours Care services, with the Catherine Centre providing specialised support for students with diverse learning needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and committed Middle To Upper Primary Classroom Teacher to join our collaborative professional learning community.

The successful applicant will be passionate about improving student outcomes through high-quality, evidence-informed teaching and will demonstrate a commitment to creating engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environments. They will establish positive relationships with students and families, work collaboratively within year-level and school teams, and contribute actively to the Catholic identity, mission and wider life of the school.
Year-level placements across Middle and Upper Primary will be determined in consultation with successful applicants and the school leadership team, taking into consideration the needs of the school together with individual strengths, experience and preferences.
