ABOUT THE ROLE
Salvado Catholic College is seeking a highly organised and people-focused Human Resources Co-ordinator to lead the delivery of effective HR services across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Principal, this pivotal role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning and staff wellbeing for both teaching and non-teaching staff.
Working closely with the College Leadership Team, you will provide professional HR advice and support while fostering a positive, values-driven workplace culture aligned with the College's Catholic ethos. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute strategically to a growing school community and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
