Inclusion and Engagement

As a member of the Milingimbi School leadership team, be responsible for leading, modelling and supporting inclusive education practices that promote equitable access, meaningful participation, and positive learning outcomes for all students. Provide instructional leadership in developing inclusive classroom environments, promoting high levels of student engagement, and building teacher capability to cater for diverse learners through collaborative planning, coaching, and reflective practice.
