Assistant Director Service Management and Intake

Lead the Territory-wide management and continuous improvement of SWIPS intake, referral, triage, allocation and service management functions to ensure equitable, timely and effective access to services across the Northern Territory. Provide strategic leadership in service governance, operational performance, demand management and continuous improvement, including the effective use of systems and tools to streamline processes, reduce administrative burden and improve service delivery outcomes.
