Pathways Coordinator

St Paul’s is a Christian Co-Educational Day & Boarding College nestled in the rural setting of Walla Walla.

Full-time, commencing Term 1, 2027.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess experience in careers education and student pathways
• Be confident in leading and mentoring students
  Work collaboratively with staff, parents and external providers to create pathways opportunities

The successful applicant will:

• Be supportive of the College’s ethos and vision
• Be energetic, proactive and able to demonstrate initiative
• Have high level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively.
