Working closely with the Director of Operations and our collaborative Administration Team, you will manage end-to-end event logistics, maintain master schedules, and ensure clear, polished communication across our vibrant P–12 campus.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Coordination: Manage event workflows using master tracking tools, schedule venues, and coordinate transport, equipment, and resource bookings.
Database & Systems: Administrate the College calendar, database (Edumate), and Variations to Routine (VTR) processes with exceptional accuracy.
Community Communication: Draft, verify, and publish timely parent permission notes and event details in line with College protocols.
School Engagement: Participate actively in administration meetings, staff devotions, and co-curricular school life.
