Student Learning Assistant – Senior School

We are seeking a caring, capable and collaborative Student Learning Assistant to join our Senior School Learning Support Learning team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students with diverse learning needs to engage confidently in College life and achieve positive learning outcomes.

Position Summary
Working collaboratively with classroom teachers and the Learning Support team, the Student Learning Assistant provides targeted, responsive support for students with diverse learning needs. Support is provided in classroom, small-group and individual settings to help students access learning, develop independence and participate fully in the academic and wider life of the College.

Reports to:   Learning Support Coordinator (Senior School)
Status and Hours:   Permanent Full Time, Term Time only – 8:00am to 3.30pm; 5 days per week
Commencement Date:   Term 1, 2027
Dress Code:   Oran Park Anglican College requires staff to dress in a professional manner, fitting of an independent school.
