Deputy Principal- Teaching & Learning/Faith & Mission

We are seeking a leader who:

• Has proven leadership experience in Learning & Teaching and Religious Education.
• Builds teacher capability and leads improvement through collaboration, coaching and professional learning.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of evidence-informed practice, assessment and student learning.
• Is an authentic and relational faith leader, committed to nurturing the faith, learning and wellbeing of every student.
• Builds positive relationships with students, staff, families and parish.
• Demonstrates strong strategic, interpersonal and organisational leadership.
• Is committed to child safety, inclusion, equity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants will hold current VIT registration and Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic School,

Applicants will also have significant experience in Catholic education and school leadership and hold, or be working towards, relevant postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership or a related field.

This is a three-year leadership appointment, concluding at the end of 2029. The position is ongoing full-time, with the Deputy Principal allowance provided in accordance with the applicable CECV Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement.
