Details: The HR Officer, Diversity and Inclusion plays an important role in supporting the Education Directorate's commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to succeed. Working within the Diversity and Inclusion team, you will help coordinate a range of initiatives, programs and networks that promote diversity, equity and inclusion across our large workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised professional who is passionate about fostering inclusive cultures and making a meaningful difference for people and communities.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to coordinate diversity and inclusion activities, support employee diversity networks, prepare communications and briefing materials, and contribute to the effective delivery of strategic workforce initiatives.
