Role description
The Highly Accomplished Teacher will:
* develop their colleague's professional knowledge, practice and engagement with reference to the APST
* collaboratively select, design and/or deliver effective professional learning for colleagues that is aligned to student learning needs and the outcomes of the role
* coach, mentor or guide colleagues as appropriate to improve specific pedagogical practices, with reference to student learning outcomes and data analysis
* build knowledge of curriculum and how students learn, and apply research-informed perspectives to model and share best practices for teaching, assessment
and reporting
