Role description
The SSO2 Administration Officer is responsible for contributing to the effective administrative management of the school by providing a comprehensive secretarial, clerical and administrative support service. The role contributes to the efficient operation of the school and preschool and supports the achievement of positive educational, organisational and student wellbeing outcomes. Successful applicant needs to work collaboratively as a member of the admin team with the Business Manager and Leadership Team (including Preschool Coordinator) and be able to provide a high level of customer service to parents, students and community members. High level communication and organisation is essential.
