This role provides strategic leadership across Years 11-12, with a focus on student wellbeing, engagement, personalised learning and the delivery of the CARE pastoral program. It also leads the implementation of the SACE curriculum and student pathway planning, supporting strong learning, wellbeing and post-school outcomes for senior students.
