This role provides strategic leadership across Years 9-10, with a focus on student wellbeing, engagement, personalised learning and the delivery of the CARE pastoral program. It also leads curriculum, pathway planning and subject selection processes, supporting students and staff to achieve strong learning, wellbeing and transition outcomes.
